Data protection principles
We design our work around privacy by design and by default. We process only the data we need, for clearly defined purposes, and in line with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled.
Hosting location
This website is hosted with IONOS SE in Germany (EU). Where we engage additional infrastructure or processors for client projects, we prefer EU-based providers and put appropriate data processing agreements in place.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to this website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). We avoid transmitting sensitive data over unencrypted channels.
Access controls
Access to systems and data is limited to authorized persons on a need-to-know basis. We use strong authentication and follow the principle of least privilege.
Data minimization
We collect and retain only the data required for a given purpose and delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations.
